INFORMATION FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION

Abstracts must be submitted

 By the deadline of 23:59 CET on 8th March, 2026.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the reviewing committee of which you will be notified by 11th April 2026 by e-mail. Based on the decision of this committee, abstracts will be presented during the conference either in the oral sessions or in the poster sessions. Cancelations of the registration because of non-acceptance of the submitted abstract will be refunded 75%.

Only DNSG2026 registered participants can submit an abstract. If you haven’t registered yet, please register online first, it only takes a few minutes. Please note to register as a participant and upload your abstract complying with the following guidelines.

  • Abstracts must be submitted using the abstract template, via the on-line submission system only. Please rename the file with your last name first name, for example: Garcia_Mark.
  • No references, tables or graphics should be included in the abstract
  • Presenting author must be highlighted in bold and underlined.
  • The submitting author of an abstract is requested to declare any potential conflicts of interest for all authors.
  • Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
  • Modification of abstracts will not be possible later than the abstract submission deadline.
  • Before you begin, please prepare the following information:
    • Abstract title – limited to 30 words in Arial or Calibri 12.
    • Author and co-authors’ details
    • Presenting author’s main affiliations
    • Contact email of main author
    • Abstract text – limited to 300 words in Arial or Calibri 12
      • Background
      • Aims
      • Methods
      • Results
      • Conclusions
      • From 2 to 5 keywords
    • Main funding source
    • Only abstracts that have been submitted properly will be considered for the congress

Please note that a maximum of 3 abstracts will be allowed to be submitted per participant, including “science & rhythm” format.

Each abstract must be uploaded and submitted individually, choosing the most suitable topic from the list available. Please make sure you have saved and sent each abstract before submitting the next one.
