EVENT OVERVIEW

Get ready for a unique and lively evening at DNSG 2026! After first day dinner.

Join us for Science & Rhythm, a fun interactive blend of scientific sharing and musical creativity. Participants will give a 5-minute oral presentation on a topic of their choice, followed immediately by a randomly selected song they must interpret or dance to. Whether you’re an academic or a hidden performer, this is your chance to shine! Prizes await the most outstanding presenters and performers.

EVENT SCHEDULE

1. Opening (5 min)

  • Brief welcome and explanation of the event.
  • Introduction of the jury and audience voting method.

2. Communication Presentations (5 min each)

  • Attendees who signed up present a short scientific talk.

3. Music & Interpretation

  • Right after each talk, the presenter gets a random song they have to interpret or dance to.

4. Audience Voting & Prizes

  • Two award categories:
    1. Best Communication: For the most engaging or inspiring talk

    1. Best Musical Interpretation: For the most creative and entertaining performance
