The Scientific Committee includes prominent figures such as John Sievenpiper, Nancy Babio, Cyril Kendall, Hana Kahleova, Jordi Salas-Salvadó, Haris Dimosthenopoulos, Maria Lankinen, Anne Raben, Andrew Reynolds, and Ursula Schwab. Each expert brings a unique perspective and extensive experience in nutrition, metabolism, and diabetes research, ensuring a comprehensive and up-to-date approach.
In addition, the Scientific Local Advisory Board includes national experts with extensive clinical and research experience. Among them are Dídac Mauricio (CIBERdem), Maria Puy Portillo (CIBERobn), Ignacio Bernabeu Moron (Spanish Society of Endocrinology and Nutrition), F. Javier Ampudia (Spanish Diabetes Society), Pilar Matía (Spanish Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition), Diego Bellido (Spanish Society for the Study of Obesity), and Marcela González Gross (Spanish Nutrition Society).
