Starting 24th October 2025, fill in the registration form with your data and create your own username and password, to access the login private area. First login * with your personal data and after that. You will be able to send your abstracts to be evaluated. Each abstract must be uploaded and submitted individually, choosing the most suitable topic from the available list. Please, make sure you have saved and sent each abstract before submitting the next one. Please wait for message delivery receipt before you exit.

*If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.

Please note that a maximum of 3 abstracts will be allowed per participant, including the “science & rhythm” format.
